"Good Afternoon, Thank you for attending once again to measure the front door at my dad's property. I appreciate your patience and professionalism throughout the visit. My dad can be a challenging customer at times, but because he recognised one of the three operatives who had attended previously, he felt comfortable enough to proceed with the appointment. Although this feedback is overdue, I wanted to take the opportunity to share my experience of last year's garage door replacement at my dad's property. The three operatives who attended were exceptional. Despite my dad's initial reluctance to have the doors replaced, they took the time to listen, engage with him, and earn his trust. Their professionalism, patience, and understanding made a significant difference. They also worked around several challenges, including a vehicle in the garage that could not be moved because of flat tyres, yet they still completed the work to a high standard. Most importantly, they left my dad smiling and feeling comfortable throughout the process. The replacement doors have been excellent, and we have experienced no issues since installation. They have made access to the garage much easier for my dad. Please pass on my sincere thanks and appreciation to the three operatives involved. They provided outstanding service and are a credit to your organisation.
